3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payments and Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our educational content. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days (1 week) of your payment date.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@thewealthengine.com with your account details and reason for refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

⚠️ Important:

Refund requests made after the 7-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for users who have accessed more than 50% of the course content or have been active for more than 30 days.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify pricing or subscription plans at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on The Wealth Engine, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, PDFs, and software, is the property of The Wealth Engine and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

6. User Content and Conduct

Referral commissions are paid at a rate of up to $10 per successful referral
Referrals must be new, verified users who complete signup
Commissions are paid after the referred user's first 30 days of activity
We reserve the right to cancel commissions for fraudulent or abusive referrals
Referral links must not be used on spam websites or for deceptive practices

Fraudulent or abusive behavior
Non-payment of fees
Extended periods of inactivity
